What a week we've had! Things have been pretty crazy here in good ole Mi'sippi!
We had our Railroad Festival, tried some Apple Fritters and gained 10 pounds. And we had our Stake Conference. President Hanks and his wife were able to be there- that was wonderful! And we got to hear from Elder Tony Parker from the Quorum of the 70. He was awesome! It felt like a Mormon gospel preacher was teaching us how to come unto Christ! Awesome!
We also received our transfer calls and.....We're staying in Amory for another glorious transfer!! Whooo!
Well, Sister Castagno and I have been meeting with a man named Lee, and he is so solid! We've gone over to his apartment, sat on his front porch and read the Book of Mormon with him for a good bit now and he says he loves it! He knows that this book is true and has accepted the invitation to be baptized! We've set his baptismal date for April 26th so if ya'll could please keep him in your prayers Sister Castagno and I and he would really appreciate it. He doesn't have a car or a phone so transportation to church, especially all the way out in Tupelo is a bit rough, but we know that with God all things are possible!
